for pride month, i’m hosting an lgbtq+ readathon! i’ve chosen 7 books centring around different queer identities, and “every heart a doorway” is the pick for a-spec representation. i’m really excited for this one and i hope you’ll be able to join me in reading in june!

lkaehjfkjadhfejkheagshfckjaj i finISHED and i am Slightly Dead, but it's ok. for some reason this kind of read like a middle grade book??? idk. i liked it :DD also the way the pov switched was really cool also just the writing style????? kjsdghvdjhvskjbh idk words

alSO (i have Thoughts. don't judge me), i know that it was kind of rushed? and idk. i feel like this really actually could be 4 or 3 stars for me, but kdfmhbgkjdfhg i still really liked it and aspec rep always makes me feel dead and in love so. dkjvghjkshbfgj 5 stars it is!!! :DD

SO VALID. i feel so mean with my 3 stars but mostly i just felt like it was really rushed 😭😭 i want to read the next book because it’s about jack and jill and im gay for jack so-

totally agree with you there. i read mine on libby, but novellas are usually priced around the same as full length adult paperbacks, and that’s…. a lot fhjkahkjhf. i’ll spend it, but only on novellas i *really* love (cough cough nghi vo’s books)
