Mixed opinions on this book, huh. What are your thoughts on this vampire romance?

(For me, it's just plain creepy)

I read the series once during the summer about sixish years ago and I enjoyed them. I want to reread them and see how my opinions have changed since I don't really remember anything other than major plot points
