Poet :) (bookishbright) | 5 comments Let's write and see where we go with this!
We write a story one line at a time in this game, it's a pretty common game in most groups.
The story is set in past tense, first person.

I'll start:
I looked at the walls and saw a bright blue bird.

Raynah The bird was making a nest on the tree outside my window.

I watched 3 baby chicks pop out of the nest, chirping for their mother.

Each chirp marked a minute. And in 5 chirps I heard my mother's steps start up the stairs.

"Oh mother, don't be silly. I'm having loads of fun" I deadpan as she enters my room and stares with disgust at the bags of plates, bowls, and glasses in the room.

"You need to clean up with room!" my mother said, angrily, snatching my homework to see for yourself. "What is this? You have been sitting here for hours, and you aren't even half-way through."

message 10: by Emily (new)

Emily (emily09) " No, no excuses, go clean now." My mother says. " But I have a science final tomorrow!" I wine, reaching for my papers. Well if I fail at least I have someone to blame other than myself.

I started picking up my misplaced clothes and folded them. Then, my clothes were placed in the closet. Something glimmered in the corner of my closet. Curious, I dove into my closet.

jillian ౨ৎ (jilluminatixxxv) It was a small misshapen piece of silver. I squinted and held it up to the light. It reflected off the sunlight and beamed back into my eyes. "Ow!" I exclaim, marvelling my stupidity.
"Margo Avery, you better be cleaning!" I hear my mother howl from downstairs.

I grumbled a curse and looked around the room. I gasped. Suddenly everywhere I looked I saw fairies. Fairies under my desk, fairies inspecting my homework, and fairies in my pillow case.

maya rajesh (mayarrajesh) | 37 comments I blinked my eyes in disbelief, and the next moment, they were gone! Assuming it was a hallucination of sorts, I scooped up the filthy pile of laundry strewn across my bedroom floor, and that's when I saw it.
