OK, so I have totally made this term up, but this is for tributes who can die without permission. So if you don't think you'll be super active on this group but you want a tribute for the Hunger Games, this is the place for you.
I hope that made since!! Basically, you WILL have a tribute in the games but they can be killed out WITHOUT your permission, it could be in the bloodbath, just the elements, or just someone can kill them.
