Have you suffered/ do you suffer from mood disorders? What do you have to share about your experience?

I suffer from some mental health stuff but I don't think it classifies as a mood disorder? I'm not sure. My aunt has bipolar though. She's really struggled with it. Most of what she's going through isn't told to me because my family just doesn't share that stuff with me but I know that nothing is helping her so she's having to do lithium, which can have really bad side effects. I know she's had some really bad manic episodes, too. Bipolar seems so hard to deal with and I wish there were more ways to manage it.
