Great American Read List discussion

Its time to select the novel to read in May 2021. The link to the poll is here.

And here are our choices:
The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger
Their Eyes Were Watching God by Zora Neale Hurston
Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë
Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier
Swan Song by Robert R. McCammon

We have a tie for this poll, with Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier and Swan Song by Robert R. McCammon both receiving four votes. So we'll make Rebecca the May read, and Swan Song the June read.
