Susan Guinn (susanguinn) | 6 comments I would like to ask for REVIEWS of my first novel. I will be glad to send a PDF. This book was inspired by my search for a more intimate relationship with God for myself. Along the way, I got to see more of our Christian communities. This novel contains a message of hope and love for our contemporary churches set within the framework of a murder mystery.
WHEN HEAVEN SIGHS is a chilling murder mystery set within the eclectic atmosphere of Nashville, Music City USA. Beneath layers of glamourous country music stars and professional athletes, deceit and death stalk the city sidewalks.
On a steamy day in August, a young Bible student dies from the Ebola virus on a downtown sidewalk. Close to midnight on the same day, tires screech and a young girl screams as the body of Father Tom McClarin plummets from the roof of the cathedral where he serves to smack against the hard, cold asphalt on the street below. Both men’s destinies have been bound together forever by their mutual belief in a unique, ancient document. What message could it hold to cause an unseen, powerful enemy to use everything within its influence to destroy its ancient text and anyone who has knowledge of it?
Dedicated homicide detective Hayden Douglan and Samual Thomas, a local pastor, follow the clues piling up and conclude both men were victims of murder. Faith and courage will be tested as the investigation leads from corruption in the highest levels of the police department itself and the religious community to a powerful mystic cloistered behind the walls of beautiful Saint Alaric Monastery near Vienna, Austria.
The forces of heaven and hell clash in a vicious battle for possession of this never seen before, timeless message of hope and unity for today’s Christian churches.

Hi Susan! How are you? I'd love to read and review your book in exchange for a physical copy, as I don't really have a good way to read ebooks. My review would be published on Goodreads and my book blog. I can also be reached by email at: justabookishblog@gmail.com
Thank you!
