This shack has some old medicine, however be careful. It is just about to collapse and there are some hidden landmines in it somewhere.

Bella ran around a corner and froze. I'm front of her was a shack, and she needed the shelter. Still, it didn't look safe.
Even so, all she had was an axe, and it looked to be somewhere she could stay the night. She was about to head over when the girl from District 6 came from the other direction. She didn't see Bella and ran inside the shack.
Before Bella could say anything more, something exploded, and she heard a scream, saw dust and smoke, and then heard a cannot.
Her jaw dropped. Land mines.

She swallowed hard, watching as the aircraft took the girl away--Miranda, she remembered.
Taking a breath, Bella snatched a rock. She tossed it inside the shack, and more mines exploded. She tossed another one. No mines.
Carefully, she walked to that spot, and used the same trick until she managed to stand safely inside the shack, and then sat down.
A bag sat across from her. Curious, Bella grabbed and opened it. She smiled. Medicine.
Taking the whole bag, she leaned against the wall and pulled out from her pocket berries shed found that she knew were safe and began eating.

The sky lit up and the anthem played:

The Anthem stops playing and all is silent as before.

Bella sighed and leaned back against the shack, but not too hard. She felt okay at the moment--a bit cold, but the shack helped, she had medicine, and an axe. And, of course, landmines that would alert her to anyone's invading presence.

The anthem starts playing and faces light the sky.

The anthem stops playing and the sky goes dark.

Bella gasped, and poked her head from a window to see another dead tribute. Well, she certainly had picked to stay here for that very reason, and it was doing fine for her so far.

Clay took two steps out of the woods, not inside the circle of mines yet. Mines.. He thought, seeing the carcass of the girl he was tracking, it was swarmed with flies and smelled like death. He saw how half her body was completely torn apart, likely from an explosion. He narrowed his eyes, angry he didn't have his mask to enhance his senses. He'd have to make a new one once he won. Clay saw someone was inside. F*ck His mind hissed. I can't get to her. He raised his arm to look at his last spear but he couldn't get rid of it yet. Huffing, Clay turned away and headed back into the forest.

Bella watched with satisfaction as whoever it was turned away, and then turned back as the capital's ship took the body of Tina away. She sighed and went back to eating her berries.
The only issue? She had no water, and it had been two days. She had medicine, but not water.

It had been too long, and Bella was feeling the effects of lack of water. She stood up, angry she had to leave her safe space, and used a rock to find her way out of the shack without blowing herself to bits again.
She headed for the lake.
