Jara Dale Not currently reading but I love this Author! Definitely interested in it! I fell in love with shadow & bone & six of crows 🖤 currently working on Crooked Kingdom! Can’t wait to get to this next!

Athena of Velaris For me at least, RoW was the best book set in the Grishaverse so far! The characters were dynamic and compelling, and the plot was fast paced.

Athena (OneReadingNurse) (onereadingnurse) | 18 comments I wasn't thrilled with King of Scars, starting it soon and hoping she redeems the end of the series!

Jordan (tos2290) | 1 comments Sadly, I'm behind everyone! I just finished the first Shadow and Bone book and The Tailor novella, now moving onto the second book! I'm dedicating the month of May to reading everything in the Grishaverse, so eventually, I will be at RoW but it'll probably be at the end of May!

Kathryn Ford (cathy87) | 64 comments I've already read ROW. I found it to be better than KOS, but still not as good as the Six of Crows duology. I'll give some more of my thoughts when more people have started reading this book.

nymeria (nymeria_reads) I just finished it and absolutely love it, it obviously can't top SoC but way better than all the other grishaverse books!

Ava Hall (avahall) Oh goodness, RoW destroyed me. I finished it over a month ago but still think about it daily (hourly?). The plot of KoS wasn’t my favourite (Six of Crow is still superior in my mind) but the characters were on point. RoW was everything I had hoped for (and more), my only complaint is that I wish we could have seen abbot more of Nikolai as it is his duology after all. ;)

This book brings a new meaning to the word banter…I promise you: it doesn’t get better than RoW. I will die when I see Nikolai in season 2 of Shadow and Bone.

The Lost Heroine (hiatus) (thelostheroine) | 23 comments Hey guys!
How far along is everyone?
From the reviews I have seen, people either loved it or hated it, what did you think?

I totally agree, KoS was good, but not amazing but RoW blew all my expectations out of the water (view spoiler)

Breagh (breaghwatson) | 5 comments I didn’t love RoW, particularly Nina’s storyline

Kathryn Ford (cathy87) | 64 comments I personally thought that Nina moved on really quickly, considering how in love she was with Mattaius. It just seemed a bit unrealistic to me.

I thought it was time for her to move on. She was traveling with his corpse for 2 years. That must have been exhausting for her.

I think so too. Can't wait to see Nikolai * fangirling internally*

I hated it with all my heart. It’s Bardugo’s weakest book by a mile imo and pure fan service to advertise the Shadow and Bone adaptation by bringing both storylines together at all costs. Biggest disappointment of my reading life.

Kathryn Ford (cathy87) | 64 comments @Anna
Oh I didn't realise it was 2 years, I must have missed that. Thanks for correcting me. Well, I have no problem with her moving on then. :)

Hahaha YES! Have you seen who the fandom wants to play Nikolai (Robert Wilde)? I hate it! The first time I saw it, I was so upset, lol! Thankfully it's not up to us to decide... ;)

Erika (erychan86) | 60 comments Amazing. Leigh did such a fantastic job with this one. She gets better book after book. I know she is talking a break from the Grishaverse, but I can’t wait to read more! Especially after the last few chapters of RoW.

Amtal (taylor's version) | 178 comments I finished this book like last week and it's just absolutely amazing, the plot twists and the character developments just the entire thing was AMAZING. This is my review on the book:
