We would count the acknowledgements and recipes so 307 is correct.The BOM edition with ISBN has 307 pages already.

Merged a duplicate BOM edition without ISBN that had the wrong page count.

The alternate cover version (Book of the Month, hardcover) has 295 pages.
With acknowledgements and recipes, it's 307 pages (I'm not sure which you base the page number on, but the story ends at 295).
