2 I think the reasons the fandom loves his so much is that he is human
let me explain
he is not some super human thing with powers and stuff
but he feels
he struggles with so much and yet he keeps on pushing
he has all of these complex emotions and trials and hardships to over come and he stays true to himself the entire time (okay so the Cranked out part of him is a little shaky but you go read page 250 again and realize that it was HIM who gave that last request and not the crank)
and Newt has problems and flaws too we all do
but his is loyal and smart and brave and kind
he is everything ❤♥❤
he is everything and THAT is why we love him
