Don Quixote
question
Why is so important for learn spanish to read spanish books?

There are many forms to start learning spanish, but if you wnt to learn real spanish, you need to read spanish authors in original version.
In fact, there are many adapted books for spanish students, with a simplified grammar and less especific vocabulary. But when you are trying to reach a next level of spanish, read the spanish classics in original version colud be a good approach.
Why could it be useful? You would think that it's useless because anybody talk like characters do in the classics like Don Quixote, and it could be hard sometimes to understand why they are talking in this mode, but, in fact, their expressions and way of comunicating is the real root of the present way of talk. Futhermore, it's not only about talking spanish, it's about to start knowing about Spain, and it's the best part of learn spanish, to talk in the same way that native spanish talk.
What do you think about that? Ask me for any doubts!

Reading Don Quixote in the Spanish language is easier than reading Chaucer in the Old English language.
