Because I have depression, I do 3 things I want to do each day, so I get something done but so I don't get overwhelmed....But thanks :)

This is my summer break routine:
7:00 am: Get up and brush teeth, take bath, get ready
8:00 am: Have breakfast and watch TV/read
9:00 am: Check Goodreads
(Until lunch at 1:00 pm, my day is just a mess. I read, watch TV, browse Goodreads, etc.)
1:00 pm: Eat lunch
(Again, until 6:30 pm, my dat kind of varies. Some days I'll go to the library around this time, or shopping with my mom.)
6:00 pm: Practice Piano
7:00 pm: Excerise
7:45 pm: Cool off, and check on friends
8:45 pm: Eat dinner (sometimes I'll have later than this, it depends)
9:00 pm: Talk with my family with what's going on, video call my relatives in India.
10: 30 pm: Curl up in bed with a good book ;)
12: 30 pm: Go to bed

07:00: wake up, make coffee
07:30: take a bath & get ready
08:00: attend zoom classes
12:40: 20 mins lunch break
14:30: end of my classes
15:00: self care, face masks
16:00: stretching, workout for ballet
17:00: read books, do homework
20:00: dinner with my family
21:00: youtube, movies
21:30: goodreads
22:00: snore
i also have ballet classes every tuesday! :)
PS: yes i know i sleep very early HAHA, i’m more of an early bird and i try to keep a strict sleeping schedule so that i’m no a moody b*tch in the mornin LMAO. i literally cannot stay awake too late at night unless i’m with friends or smth
