I wish I could read this memoir (which is in my to-read list) right now, but it's going to be a struggle to do the two challenges I have for this year, so I can't fit it in now- probably next year.
Sounds like an excellent book- I hope some of you read and enjoy it. I saw the old movie based on it decades ago.

Read this book years ago and really liked it, I would definitly recommend it! It has it all: adventure, drama, suspense and action.
I was never a fan of large crawling insects but thinking about the part where Papillon is in a cell with the centipedes falling down still freaks me out!

I just checked out this book today, never heard of his story or the movie, looking forward to the adventure!
