Dreamer | 5128 comments Some people like listening to music while they read, while others think it doesn't let them focus on the book. What is your opinion, do you listen to music while you read, or do you prefer reading in silence? Share your thoughts here!

Dreamer | 5128 comments I don't usually, but there are sometimes, that I really feel like listening to musc while I read. But I listen to simple and relaxing music, like Grief Is the Thing with Feathers by Teho Teardo. Not dancing music and this stuff...

oonagh :) Yes! I can combine my two favorite things, listening to music and reading! I do have to keep it fairly quiet though so I am able to focus on my book!

Palash (naikon) | 45 comments I listen to music in background most of the time when i am reading. While reading, I only listen to relaxing beautiful/sad instrumental music(piano, violin mostly). I change the music theme based on the theme of book at the time. For example, melancholy instrumental music while reading sad moments in book.

Regina George | 3 comments I definitely can't multi-task like that ✨ People who can do that are on another level 💯 and I feel personally offended by that level of talent 😂

message 8: by Luna (new)

Luna (luna13) I often get distracted if it's songs with lyrics but I'm fine if it's instrumental.
