How to prepare for the end of the world by is a brilliant compilation of short tales that you can get lost in, no matter what your genre preferences are! Versatility takes the front seat, with Kropha's stories, where we are endowed with emotions of grief, anger, longing, curiosity, thrill sprinkled with a few fantastical elements and more!

In Bardo - How Mr.Banerjee lived his life, was definitely my favorite where we are made aware of how past actions ripple our future! The story of Vinayiki and Anand in 'The Elephant in the room' which I felt was inspired by an event not long ago left me aghast and cringe at the dearth of humanity. The equation of justice, was another tale that was an interesting take on the present situation and some consiparcy theories that has been making round and I love the author's imaginative spin on that one and also how the author tackled racism faced by Northeast Indians !

Similarly all the short stories, were really engaging and I would definitely suggest you pick up this if you are in need for a fun quick read! 💛

The execution could've been better but nonetheless I immensely enjoyed every short story and cannot wait to read more from the author!
