I thought it had a very valuable perspective and I'm glad that all these thoughts, ideas, actions and concerns were combined in one place to make this book. There are a few things slightly ~out of touch~ and also plenty that I (and you) already know.
I really appreciated that it gave actionable and semi stepwise actions you can take to have a more conscious closet. It did inspire me to go through my closet and as always when I read my environmental books, it reminds me and keeps me accountable on the actions I have been slipping on.

My particular favourites were the chapter on personal style, I had never really thought about that before and the chapter on mending, the diagrams on how to mend were really helpful.
I am now more conscious about what fabrics I am buying and wearing. Where they are from and who made them. I haven't bought fast fashion for a good while but this book reinforced the beliefs I already had.
I am also even more aware about Greenwashing, and how to sniff out the lies.
I will hold on to this book and probably flick through it again from time to time. I would like to read more books focussing on the fashion industry. I've already recommended this book to some of my friends.
If anyone has read our bonus book this time around, here is where you can share your thoughts.
Just as we are doing with All We Can Save this time around, we thought it might be nice to have an open discussion.
So please share any quotes, tips, insights, thoughts, comments- anything! that you might like to share with us about The Conscious Closet.
Thanks for being here!
