I am joining this challenge and will self track this June
Oh! Can I put forth my book for everyone's consideration? It is called Somewhere on This Rainbow and meets these requirements!
June is celebrated as Pride Month every year!
To mark that, here's a little reading challenge:
We call this the Rainbow Reading Challenge. For the challenge, you have to read books that feature a queer protagonist and have a cover that is one of the colors of the rainbow. A book must have both of these ( queer character and rainbow cover) to qualify for the challenge. The aim is to complete the seven colors of the rainbow by reading seven books, each with one color of the rainbow on the cover. It's okay if you don't complete the seven colors, the important thing is that you participate!
If you read a book that features a character with a sexuality or gender that is lesser represented or lesser talked about, you earn an extra 20 points!
This is the point system for the challenge:

Upto 99: 1 pt
100 to 199: 2 pts
200 to 299: 3 pts
300 to 399: 4 pts
400 to 499: 5 pts
500 to 599: 6 pts
600 to 699: 7 pts
700 to 799: 8 pts
800 to 899: 9 pts
900+ : 10 pts

Buddy Read in this group: x3 points
Reviewed book: +5 points
Completing the seven rainbow colors: +30 points
Completing the seven colors twice: +60 points
Book featuring a lesser represented sexuality/gender: +50 points
