There are so many witty quotes in this book, it was hard to choose. But I couldn't stop laughing at Henry's response to Lady Narborough at who she should invite to her party. "I like men who have a future and women who have a past" (top of page 242 in the Comfortable Classics edition)

Josh I'm about a third of the way through, and this really may be the most quotable book ever.

But from the little prologue - "Those who find ugly meanings in beautiful things are corrupt without being charming. This is a fault."

And from later - "Nowadays people know the price of everything and the value of nothing."

Hi, Josh. So glad you're enjoying it. I agree about its quotability. :)
