Dear GoodReads Administrators;
Thanks for giving authors and readers your great platform.

The problem with the events page was that it was limited to in-person, local events, while I, for one have been doing virtual events that are not confined by geography—300 of them since the start of the pandemic.

I’m sure that if you offer such a feature (that allows posting Zoom registration,) you’ll see the usage shoot up. It can be a great platform for the more successful authors that already have fans eager to hear them, as well as for newbies who offer an interesting, thought-provoking talk or book discussion.

I could not have written this better. If the events function included virtual, it would be a hit.

Unfortunately the administrators of this group, me included, cannot do things like that. The help desk is a better place to ask for things like this.
