I only know how through the desktop version:

- Visit the group's main page
- Just below the group's description, you should see "edit membership" and "group info." Click on "edit membership."
- You should see "Leave this group." not far from the very top of the page.

Press show off your group widget, press leave this group and when it asks do u want 2 leave this group? Say yes
