Should have been named "The subtle art of choosing which fucks to give: a counterintuitive approach to living a good life if you are a privileged ciswhite male with an ego."

There were some good parts of this- feedback loops, recognizing what parts of life to care about more than others- how to let some things go, the negatives of toxic positivity, and common therapy/self-help topics. But the self-indulgent "I'm proud to be an asshole" attitude behind the whole book just didn't work for me. He is trying to hard to be funny- I don't mind crass humor, hell, that's why I said yes, when a coworker said "you should read this". But I don't need another white man telling me how to live my life while not acknowledging the privileges he has. Maybe this was the audiobook narration?
