Ch 40 Lysander - The Bleeding Place
- [ ] Oh my gosh! Dido is quite clever indeed with her sacrificing her kin, the more he kills the more support she will have!
- [ ] But what will Lysander do now that Seraphina has been called!

Ch 41 Lysander - Heart
- [ ] Damnit Lysander! Argh he is bringing them the war! He is giving them what they want!
- [ ] Okay now I want him dead and out of the picture! He will kill Darrow if given the chance !

Ch 42 Ephraim - Lucky you
- [ ] At least Lyria escaped but damn Cyra a traitor! Now Mustang, Telemaus and the Syndicate will be after Lyria, there’s no where she can go.
- [ ] Perhaps only to Lysander, they share similar views after all

Ch 43 Lyria - Street prey
- [ ] Lyria won’t survive long on the streets, she really needs to find a way
- [ ] Perhaps she can rescue the children and take them back? Perhaps then they might hear her out? Who knows

Ch 44 Lyria - Lionguards
- [ ] Oh man Victra will have her soul for this! Gosh I really hope they listen to her so that they can rescue the children

Ch 45 Darrow - Venus
- [ ] This is going to get ugly, so looking forward to it though

Ch 46 Darrow - The Brother’s Wrath
- [ ] Oh man, this is super risky, I do not like them being together. They can easily conspire against them once the Ash Lord is Dead

Ch 47 Lysander - Teeth and Tears
- [ ] Oh man, Darrow is in trouble now! Everyone will turn against him, it’s all falling apart. I fear by the end of this book we will be left with a cliffhanger
- [ ] Is this what Lysander wanted? How is what he is going to do any different to what Darrow did 10 years ago? It’s like history is repeating itself again
- [ ] Will they even stand with Lysander?

Ch 48 Lysander - The Boy and the Knight
- [ ] I knew it! I knew it! Why !!!
- [ ] With Cassius he may have convinced Lysander to reconsider but now he is gone! Lysander will fight Darrow and it will get ugly!
- [ ] I reckon Cassius gave up, Lysander in a way betrayed him and robbed him of his honour and redemption, Cassius had nothing to live for now
- [ ] I dislike Lysander a little more now
- [ ] I am so worried for the crew, Darrow and Servo will go nuts once they find out about their children, Victra is already losing the plot with Lyria so close to her grips, and now Lysander about to go to war with Darrow and the hope of his new army. Things are looking so grim right now girls! I do not like this

okay , i have random things to say and theories in between, I'm just a mess sorry.

~first of , how many times we have to read about cassius getting killed ? is he actually gone now? i juts don't care anymore However, I don’t know what would top the one he got – the perseverance to fight like that over and over! How does one get a more honorable death? So we will see.and also , this is what i gathered from him:

If Cassius named the books:
Red Rising: My brother gets killed
Golden Son: My arm gets killed
Morning Star: My family gets killed
Iron Gold: I get killed

~KAVAX AU TELEMANUS BETTER NOT FUCKING BE DEAD OR I SWEAR TO GOD PIERCE BROWN. why ://////

~also , i've seen some people in the fandom have some theories about Lysander because of his lost memories of his dead parents. I think it is obvious that there was some memory tampering / brain washing going on, thanks to his grandmother. Some fans think he is a clone because only he and the fox clone, Sophocles, were affected by the birds in the citadel. Something is up with the birds for sure, but I don’t think Lysander is a clone. wdyt guys?

~Tongueless – I like him but I am also suspicious.

~unto the matter The Queen of the Syndicate suspects:
My first thought was Sefi because she is sOOooOOOOO angry with Darrow and didn’t go with the Howlers on their rogue mission. If the Ash Lord wasn’t lying about it being a friend, then it could be her. Even if she is not the Queen – she is up to something with Obsidians.

~also , the queen's identitiy is hidden so my guesses would be:
-Cassius’ mother and the Ash Lord’s daughter.
-Dido – she is too far away.
-Niobe – she would not risk the life of her husband, Kavax.
-Darrow’s mother – she would not risk her grandson’s life.
-Victra – i know this one sounds the weirdest and unlikely but imagine that would be quite the twist, but also she would not endanger her daughter’s life.

~Oh, how badass is Victra?! She is 8 months pregnant and taking no prisoners! Maternity armor!

~ as far as the things going on with Darrow ,honestly speaking ,i feel bad for him and i don't care what he is about to do as far as it is good and doesn't get anyone important killed, you know what i mean 😅but on a serious note,I feel like Darrow is becoming what he sought to destroy. He helped create this new Democracy and now he can’t follow its rules and proceedings. I'm not mad at him , because he did made some questionable decisions throughout the series and before – killing Wulfgar, putting his wife’s position in jeopardy, liberating Apollonius, letting Apollonius live. Not to mention the fragile and weak relationship he has with his son. So depressing. he is still my favorite and i simply want the best for him. i know he is going to face more difficulty soon.

anyway , just a random precaution So many people are gonna die in DA, I’m not ready lmao

~this is becoming what i exactly said earlier , he is exactly at the opposite of Darrow , both of them doing questionable things , i still want to held up my thoughts about him. he had become a challenge for me.

yeah i'm definitely worried about this plan with the two psycho siblings... neither can be trusted. but i trust darrow to have it under control, and sevro to have a back-up plan.

yeah i know... you're 100% right about history repeating itself, lysander is helping nothing and no one, and it's not as if the reds will be happy to go back to the mines after seeing the outside world, no matter how bad life is for them right now. they won't be happy cooped up and slaving away, even if lyria thinks it's a better option...
and yeah i'm not sure why they'd trust lysander at all, they hate his entire family and cassius and everything.

yeah definitely a possibility... our poor baby cassius. i didn't love him, but he was growing on me, and he deserved a more honourable death. he was a good man. poor cassy :((

i know i know... this series is so damn stressful haha, why does Pierce have to do this to us! things definitely aren't looking good... and i don't even know if/when Sevro and Darrow will find out about their children, because Mustang wants to keep it quiet, so it won't be released to the public, and i don't know how else they'll find out!!

Some fans think he is a clone because only he and the fox clone, Sophocles, were affected by the birds in the citadel. Something is up with the birds for sure, but I don’t think Lysander is a clone. wdyt guys?

the birds?? i know that sophocles was annoyed by the birds and tried to kill them, but i don't remember lysander being near the birds or affected by them. when was that?? and honestly haven't even considered that he might not be a normal boy, but if he was affected by the birds then damnnn maybe he is a clone?? that would be soooo crazy dang👀.

i might be dumb... but give me a quick reminder... who's thw queen of the syndicate?? when were they involved?? i might have just brushed over their name and ignored them haha, sorry! i'm forgetful😂 but i like your ideas for suspects! and hell yes, love Victra so much.

yeah i know... i'm so scared for dark age haha. i actually have exams next month and i'm wondering if i should be reading such a dark and heartbreaking book during exams... i'll probably either read it super slowly or really fast at the start of Oct before exams haha. but yeah, i wish us all luck!

Never mind, I just read about all that Syndicate stuff with the queen and everything!! Hmm yeah I doubt Victra is the queen, but you’re right, it could definitely be Sefi, because she’s been going a little crazy lately and not been a huge support to either Mustang or Darrow. I guess we’ll see!!
