Ephraim and Lyria:
- yayy I’m proud of Lyria for deciding to try and save the children and help out as best she can, and I think that now she’s met Mustang, maybe she’ll be a little less hateful towards Darrow and the sovereign and the rising and all that? Hopefully? They need as many loyal allies as possible haha, and she could definitely be a good one.
- ephraim is a coward and I don’t especially like him, but if he doesn’t betray them and actually holds up his end of the bargain this time and helps get pax and Electra back, then I might like him a little more. We’ll see!
- side note: I love victra hahahah, I’m not surprised she found maternity armour and is wholeheartedly prepared to rip ephraim apart, even at 9 months pregnant! Love her so much. Ephraim should be damn scared… honestly, maybe he deserves a little one-on-one time with victra haha. Vengeance for pax and Electra.
- also, so proud of Volga for standing up for herself and declaring that she wasn’t a monster and she wasn’t going to put up with ephraim’s shit and all his verbal abuse! Go girl!
Darrow:
- ahh and we’re back to the dramatic action fights with Darrow and sevro! Darrow almost got killed there… so glad he didn’t.
- still not sure what to think of tongueless, but he seems to be reasonably loyal, so that’s good!
- and appolionus is an absolute psycho, but at least he’s (most likely) on darrow’s side
- ahhh that fight between Darrow and sevro stressed me out… if they break up and separate then it will break my heart… they’ve always been the tightest relationship and absolute loyal brothers. They can’t lose that or I’ll absolutely die!! I hope they make up like they did last time they had a fight.
- and I really hope Pebble and Clown are okay, because they’re so funny and so cute.
Lysander:
- honestly don’t like this dude and so his chapters are my least favourite haha
- i liked Gaia, and I liked her ideas, so I like Lysander even less for betraying her and joining forces with dido instead… but I didn’t expect any less from him ://.
- also what was up with that whole memory loss thing?? The piano and everything… maybe you’re right, yegi, and he’s been brainwashed! But why?? What are they hiding from him? It’s the only thing I’m curious about involving Lysander😂.
Can’t wait to discuss with you guys and then finish this book!! It’ll probably be a very intense ending haha.

yeah hopefully! probably doubtful, because he's been wholeheartedly indoctrinated into loving the society that his grandmother ran, but whatever, we can hope🙈

- [ ] But I am agreeing with the other statement, that the Queen could possibly be Sefi, she has been very distant in this book, it would make sense. I don’t think it is Victra. I really hope not
Ch 51 Ephraim - Skyhook

- [ ] Oh man, I understand Servo’s hesitation, he does have a lot to lose now. He is father, but I am sad to say Darrow May not be, he has been gone too long and every time he goes back home, it’s like he’s unsure about Pax or how to approach him. I am worried about him and making irrational decisions.

I am hoping for the same thing as well. I understand her pain and anger towards The Sovereign so I am hoping she changes her mind and also Mustang does help out more with the Reds and Gamma Reds too

Ahhh me too! I hate seeing my babies fight! But now that Yeganeh has made those faces! I am expecting the worse! Servo dies or he leaves Darrow for good! 😭😭😭💔💔

Oh yes! This is very interesting, and there was that brief moment about the birds. I don’t know if it relates to what Yeganeh said earlie but it definitely is a possibility ! But why exactly would they clone him? And take his memories! It is very fascinating and same it’s the only reason why I am curious about Lysander too hahah

Oh yeah maybe, it would be a nice turn around for him. I mean we did see it with Cassius, so perhaps Lysander is the next one to be redeemed? Who knows but I reckon there is a reason why we have Ephraim’s and Lysander’s POV and not Servo’s or Mustangs

yeah i've finished the book and i still reckon it could be her... one of the guards mentioned an Obsidian when they were throwing around rumours about the Sydicate queen... oh Sefi :((

i hope the same!! we never really got told if she was released, but i think she'll be alright. i kinda hope we see her again in Dark Age, she's quite a sweetheart.
