I suddenly have an urge to play Ms. Pacman...or some video game from "the old days". Loved all the 80's references, it was like a trip down memory lane.

For anyone perhaps struggling to get through the first few chapters, hang on, the pace will pick up and when it does.... :)

I am enjoying this book so much!

Just read the prologue!! So intrigued!! Can't wait to see what happens!!

Finished chapter 5!! I'm loving this so much!! Now that we have a good idea of what the world has come to and what the OASIS is, i hope we get some action!!

I'm loving this novel. Just finished chapter 5 :D. I love the fact that the sectors in the OASIS are arranged like a Rubik's Cube. Also, the world building is amazing. I need to continue reading . . . Happy reading!

Just finished chapter five...and I can't wait to read the rest. I live the World building and I'm starting to look up at Halliday as Wade does. He seems to be a very cool character!

That was a super interesting prologue. Now that I've finished chapter 5 I'm REALLY pumped to read about how the heck he manages to find the first key! I mean, he doesn't even leave the planet his school is on! I thought the first chapter or so was a little slow, but I'm definitely interested now! Lots of world building going on! I was born in the 90's, but I still get a lot of the 80's references! Excited to read on and see what's going to happen!
What did everyone else think of the first few chapters? The world our main character lives in is pretty depressing... but OASIS is pretty dang cool sounding.
