How do I even pick a favorite character? Legend and his secrecy, Jacks and his apples, Julian and his heart, Tella and her free-spirit, Scarlett and her love. Each of them holds a place in my heart, but I have to pick one. Probably (since I have to choose) I would say Legend. But my favorite book couple is Julian and Scarlett. I can’t get over Caraval and the untrustworthy allies to loves trope between them.

Legend is an amazing character with a beautiful story from the beginning, to the “true ending”. Though, if I have to choose, *sigh*, Jacks. Stephanie Garber brilliantly wrote a witty character with a huge ego to embody love. Yet, his only weakness is the love of someone he can not have. He is persistent (to the point of insanity) which adds to his perfectly twisted character. You are so right with the Julian and Scarlett ship. Best pair in the series by far!

I definitely love Julian and Scarlett the most!

totally agree with you! Julian and Scarlett had me swooning!

I love this series because I feel that scarlet both in appearance and decisions is so my sister and tella in both appearance and decisions is so me

You would love Once Upon a Broken Heart if you haven't read the series already :P
