I read this book in 2013-2014 and i believe it was part of a series that hadn't yet been finished. The world in which it was set had people that had magic. The two main characters are girls who i can't remember if they're related or just friends. one of them is royalty and there's an uncle in there somewhere. The girls get separated and one returns to her mothers tribe but they are outcasts and i think they're called weavers? The other girl gets hunted down by a guy who can track blood and i think they have an enemies to lovers trope. There's also a forest of dead men in there somewhere .
