I have a few questions.

1) Is it possible three numbers appear twice in the picture?

2) I'm not sure if I got it right with the page # und publication year. In your example you use only two-digit # - does it mean we can only use at least two consecutive digits of page # and the two pairs of the publication year or can we use each single digit as well?
