Jared | 3 comments I have heard that PKD wrote in trilogies and even tetralogies and pentalogies. I am curious about Three Stigmata, Scanner Darkly, Flow my tears and some others.

Do any PKD fans have anything to offer on this?

resonant.interval (resonantinterval) | 2 comments only VALIS, Divine Invasion, and The Transmigration of Timothy Archer are called a trilogy (more accurately, a 'triptych'). otherwise all PKD novels are standalones, occasionally a character or concept crosses over and some people consider them as a pseudo-prequel such as in the case of We Can Build You vs. Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?

Jared | 3 comments I see... thanks. I was watching a video on YouTube about him and they mentioned a preferred reading order for several books including A Scanner Darkly and Flow my tears. That's what originally inspired this post and question

Mike Gonzalez (gonzojoey) | 30 comments Read Exegesis of PKD. He provides reading order of 13 of his books. If read in this order it will then “unlock” the key to the 2/3/74 experience and change your perception of universe. Like it did for me. It has become my “bible”.

Mike Gonzalez (gonzojoey) | 30 comments Dude it’s crazy that you have “23” in , want to read. Does twenty-three have any special meaning to you?(see my reviews) You are the first to respond to my PKD weirdness. I would like to elaborate. Are you familiar with his 2/3/74 experience?

Mike Gonzalez (gonzojoey) | 30 comments Btw the library of babel is short and a good precursor to the Name Of the Rose by Eco.

I would love to know what this reading order is.

Mike Gonzalez (gonzojoey) | 30 comments It’s in the Exegesis of PKD. I don’t have it with me right now. But it’s not chronological. It’s more like a recipe.
