A Hunger Like No Other question

Hi! Need help. I read a book few years ago and I can't remember it's title or the author. I tried to google it but couldn't find it. It's a romance fantasy book. It's about a werewolf and his then human mate. There was an attempted murder on the human woman. Wolves save her. The woman was injected by a family/friend that made her transform into a werewolf. Other details I can remember is the "belt bond or claiming belt" lol. Also at the end, the woman was shot and she almost died but lived and transformed into a wolf and she was also pregnant. Hope someone can help me.
