2015 Reading Challenge [Closed] discussion

I gave this book a total 5 stars. I rarely do that.

I just could not put this book down. At all. The blog style was unusual and fantastic. Watney's sense of humor was hysterical, and sassy. The sense of hope and desperation and anxiety and hurt were present. In a blog!

There will not come a time when I will stop recommending this book!

Debating if I should read this for the mystery challenge. I bought the ebook a little while ago from B&N for one of their $2.99 sales!

Jasmine...that's a steal! I would be tempted to buy a couple at that price!

I read it because I reserved it at the library and it came in. Then I scrambled to find a category. I thought it fit as there was a constant threat of death and mystery as to if he would survive. That might be pushing it, but I'm glad I read the book!!

Don't worry, I don't think that's a stretch; it's listed as a "thriller" on the first page of genres on its' GoodReads page so you're not the only one who thinks it would fit under that category! :)

I had to finish something else first. But I will be wanting to read this for a different challenge sometime this year!

this was my funny book. but, I'd classify it as thrilling, too. watney is hilarious. loved it!
