Okay, so for next year we can switch up the months, like you said Wren, for the marathons. I think we should do:

November, Marathon for well-known author.
February, Marathon for unknown author with great books.
December, Polls decide*

*This is what we were doing anyway

For the challenge, we need to find out what the winner gets, or rather the one who reads the most.

For this prize (I understand we have ages to figure it out but still) were mods thinking of a physical prize e.g. book/gift card, or an online prize e.g. promoted on home page, gets to choose 1 x BOTM for three months.

Just some ideas to get everyone on the same page.

Honestly, I have no clue what they were planning. I would hope they weren't thinking physical, because that seems like a lot of hassle. Maybe make them an honorary mod for X amount of time? I'm not quite sure.
