Chris Horsefield | 13 comments I just finished Always Always (Once, #7) by Morris Gleitzman In this Once series. It finishes it off perfectly. Morris Gleitzman is a great author another one of the great unknown Holocaust authors I would put him up there with Mark A. Cooper and Elie Wiesel

Millard | 6 comments Thanks for sharing that Chris, I never knew a new book came out this year to finish the series off. I will read this now. And agree Morris Gleitzman is a great author and worthy of being up there with the others.

Stacey B | 8 comments I have heard about this series.
Going to to read it before I recommend it.
Thank you for this update.

Stacey B | 8 comments Has anyone read "The Assignment" by Liza Wiemer?
It is a necessary read as well winning a few awards.
Unfortunately, it is happening all over the country.
The Washington Post covered the most recent one, happening in
LA- except this time.... it was with third graders.

Stacey B | 8 comments This is a special book written on a subject near and dear to my heart.
Looking past the subject of the holocaust, I read about themes of friendship, hope, and what it means to be lucky. In my opinion, this book is not only meant to read by just kids. There are valuable lessons we as adults learn if we choose, more than once in a lifetime.
