Reading German Books in 2020 discussion

I’d like this quarter’s read to dovetail with one of the German Literature Month readalongs.

Verzeichnis einiger Verluste An Inventory of Losses - Judith Schalansky
Justiz The Execution of Justice - Friedrich Dürrenmatt (My choice for Dürrenmatt Day)
Der Reisende The Passenger - Ulrich Alexander Boschwitz

Over to you ….

"Der Reisende" is most tempting for me. But i'm fine with all the options, although i'm planning a reread/deepdive into Dürrenmatt for later,so it would be my last choice for now...

I plan to join the readalongs for German lit. Month. I don’t know Durrenmatt so that’s exciting to find a new author. At first glance I cannot find a copy of that particular book in English. I’ll will keep looking.
What are his crime fiction novels like. They are readily available as are his selected writings.

Forget all that. I have downloaded an ebook of the Execution of Justice. So that’s my choice. Thanks Lizzy.

All three books are available in my online library, but I would be most interested in Der Reisende.

I'd also be most interested in Der Reisende.

Boschwitz takes it, though all three will be discussed during German Literature month.
