Hello everyone! After having hit 1000+ members, we decided to celebrate by doing something unique and fun, with the aim to connect more as readers.

And it's here! We are starting a Members' Giveaway Programme!
This will only be successful in this group, if you, as a member, will try to giveaway book(s) to other members. So, we'll need your interest and participation to sustain this programme.


What's this?
Members' Giveaway Programme is an activity where we aim to create a platform for giving away books, free of cost, to other interested readers. You, as a member of this group, can choose to giveaway one or more books to other members. Also, you, as a reader can receive books, you are interested in reading, from members giving away the books. This will bring you closer to people with similar book interests as well as, you will able to read books for free, and save each other's money.

How will it work?
-It will be hosted each month. (Dates may differ)
-It will be completed in 4 phases.

Phase 1: Applications for Members' interested in giving away books.
Phase 2: A time lapse of 3-4 days for book selection.
Phase 3: Applications for Members' interested in receiving books.
Phase 4: Announcement of winners of the giveaway.

1. For Members' interested in giving away:-
Please make sure you can pertain to the conditions before filling out the form.

Any format of book is applicable:-
-Hardcover
-Paperback
-Kindle e book

2. We will post the list of the books which are being given away by the members.

3. 3-4 days will be given to all the members to select the book of their choice, they will want to receive.

4. For Members' interested in entering the giveaway:- A google form will be posted which you will have to fill out for receiving the book. It will be available once the first phase of programme completes.

5. Once we have the list of books v/s members receiving them, we'll let those members know who to contact to receive books.

Please note the following imp points:-
-Anyone can give away any book and anyone can enter the giveaway to receive the book.
-One member will only win one book at a time.

1. We don't take responsibility for sending and receiving books. This must be ensured by the members, who are giving away/receiving books.
2. You will be allowed to choose books of your choice from the list, BUT, if we have many members opting a book, we'll randomly select the member. How?
We'll allot a number to each member, according to who filled out the form first, then we'll pick a number through a random number generator. The number selected will be given the book.
3. The name of the person giving away the book will only be revealed to the person receiving it. Both the members, can then contact each other as they see fit.
4. Please note that giving away books is a choice, hence this goes without saying that the books should only be offered free of charge to other members. If a said member is charging you for it, please let us know.
5. We, as Mods, have no role in this programme, except being the mediator, that is to say, we won't be selecting anyone preferentially over the other. Please be assured :)

Hey everyone! So, it came to our notice that it will be not be possible for everyone to send any book in any country due to heavy shipping charges.

Hence, we have edited the giveaway form, including a question about where you'll be able to send the books. If you had filled the form previously, please fill it again.
