Just loved this. Great, colorful characters.

Carol Brill (goodreadscomuser_carolbrill) Hi all, like Katy, I loved Leaving Time. Jodi Picoult transitions between the four narrators so smoothly and getting the story from 4 different points of view deepened it. I admire how she weaves the elephant habitat info and give the elephants distinctive traits so they are also char4acters. I had the opportunity to read an early reviewer copy and review for the New York Journal of Books. Here's the link to my review

The four points of view were great. And it helped to have that when the "big moment" arrived.

I liked all the elephant stories, as well as their personalities. Especially Maura there at the end...
