hey guys! hope you're doing well. there goes my first set.-Okay first of all , i didn't see any clue of Cassius's name in cast of characters page which is Odd , i mean basically if the character appears in the book it should have been written there and Cassius wasn't??! Ummm
Prologue:
-ayyy poor Orion , hopefully they managed to rescue her safely. though she was really in bad shape ahhh. Everything is so saddening I'm just having feelings here i know Darrow's mind is else where , it's screaming off page😥

-oh my god ISTG i love this kid, which is rare given the fact that i don't like kids , but this one is special. Omg i have a new fave. And i have really pathetic gut feeling she ain't making till end( screw me i know😢) but this kind of characters sometimes doesn't make it ya know!
-what in earth did this harnassus guy want from Darrow?
-OMG it's happening it's war I'm not readyyyyy it's only chapter 9 for god sake
“Sevro, call Harnassus…” I turn and find Rhonna at my shoulder instead of my trusted shadow. She looks like I’ve slapped her.
-Which one of you were slapped on the face like rhonna as well 🙃 ahhhh

The sound of Gaia’s piano echoes in my memory. Perhaps Atalantia will know if I played it as a child, and how I could have forgotten. There are chasms inside that I cannot explore. Hidden truths, or lies, or evils my brain has hidden in shadow to protect myself. What lies beneath the shadow? If it is a construct of my grandmother’s, Atalantia will know.
-Okay guys, i didn't specify my feelings on whatever the fuck lysander's up to, and i know i only held on for him to see what he is up to, although i still think his motives are interesting and i kinda "like" his antihero-ness or maybe villain-ness in a way, but I'm super mad at him. I mentioned that now that we don't have Cassius, lysander has liberty in his choices more. You can see the way he reacts and sees through things , which is opposite of Cassius's. He mentioned several time about his time with Cassius, although he could have stayed with atlantia or his other remaining relatives but he didn't and his reunion does make sense. I'm still curious enough to see what side and role he plays and more importantly, with Darrow

-Woahh, these character sure have too much communion between themselves that is beyond my understatement haha😂
But a fact:
-what was the relation between atlas au raa and atlantia if you would remind me??

i haven't got many brain cells right now haha but here are my brief thoughts:
- woah, lots of war
- i'm honestly so confused and i can't remember what each individual city is called so i have no idea where each army is aiming and whether darrow has everything covered or not haha.
- that poor army that was completely annihilated by the bomb :((
- lysander go away i don't care and i don't need your classist views, the world may be chaotic but virginia is working on it, and it would be sooo much easier to make less chaotic if y'all STOPPED TRYING TO FIGHT DARROW.
- uhh either i've forgotten or we've gotten no ephraim or lyria chapters yet... i wonder what happened to them and the kids?
- still no sevro :((
- i really like alexander and darrow's niece (name blank)!

ooo i only check the character list when someone is mentioned that i've forgotten, so i didn't notice Cassius' absence! hmm i wonder if he'll reappear in this book or not.

I KNOW my poor orion, she deserved so much better, she's such an amazing character and one of my favourites :(( poor baby.

ok so dago was from back in the days of red rising #1, and he was the helldiver that darrow competed against. remember when darrow did some amazing diving and thought he'd won the prize for largest amount dug up? and then gamma actually won it because it was rigged? well yeah, the gamma leader/helldiver was dago.

hahaha yesss i love her! rhonna? rheana? i still can't remember lmaoo but yes i love her, she's so badass and wonderful. and ahh i know what feeling you mean... i hope we're wrong and she lives to the end, but with the rate people are dying, it's unlikely😭.

stop i almost cried😭 i miss sevro so much and clearly so does darrow :((. the best pair is separated and it's freaking heartbreaking.
i still think his (lysander's) motives are interesting and i kinda "like" his antihero-ness or maybe villain-ness in a way, but I'm super mad at him.
yeah honestly i admire his dedication to what he wholeheartedly believes, which is that darrow is wrong and the world needs classes. he's nothing if not persistent. i just wish he'd think from the view of the reds and pinks and such... he and darrow could be such powerful allies.

HAHAHA yeah they're big on the kissing😂 it's weird but it kind of fits with the characters and world, if you know what i mean? i like that it's included haha.

hmm... not really sure, they're allies in some way, but i can't remember specifics, sorry!
