Yay! I'll start in sometime. Excited for this one. The premise sounds interesting!

It does! do you guys have a time frame for how many chapters we read/day or when we should finish by?

No I haven't set anything yet but we can do that. I'm okay with anything you guys decide.

Chapter 5 is on page 41.. Do you guys want to read the first five tonight and see how that goes or did you want to cover more than that? I think the first five just to get a feel of how everything is moving but I’m down for whatever you guys want to do!!! I’m excited for this one!!!

yeah I like that goal! I'm slower at reading than you guys but that seems attainable for me haha. I'm excited too!!!

OK well if it’s not then will stop and we won’t go any further I’ve got other books that I can read while I’m reading that one too

yeah usually it's hard for me to get into a book where i actually have to sit down and set aside time to read it, but this one made it so easy! I love the way the author paints the picture. It feels like a movie!

Bella I was thinking the same thing, the pages I’ve read already I could actually picture in my mind as a movie! So excited

lol i just read the part where they forgot 4th grader Jessica at school on the day of their field trip and it's just so sad/funny to me! that was her villain origin story lmao

Thanks, Courtney! Book arrived today...hurray, so excited I read the first 5 chapters and it really pulled me in. Character dynamics are great...not a huge fan of Jess haha, but will see how it all unfolds. Also, it's kind of giving me How to get away with murder first season vibes :D

YES!!!! Corina your so right and I’m iffy of Jess too but I like not liking her you know what I mean lol This book is just good already from like the first page so I’m excited wait till you read chapter 5!

Vanessa yes that show is so good it’s on Netflix whenever you get a chance stop with your doing (not reading the book obviously)and go watch it it is SOOO good !!!!😊

I'm on chapter 6 but I'm planning on catching up tonight and reading a ton over the weekend! she's such a good writer, i love the way she's been showing the characters interactions! like Corina said, the character dynamics feel so natural and make it easier for me to picture the scenes lol

Series is sooo good, keeps you on your toes and always guessing and Viola Davis is amazing in it! Definitely check it out when you can.
I guess Jess isn't mean to be likeable anyway haha. Courtney though is at another level lol

Well I’m just gonna put this out there really fast, I think our main character, Jess, is horrible!!!! ( but don’t get me wrong I like her as the MC) Every guy that is mentioned in this book she’s got a crush on her she’s been with or you know she just sounds horrible she cheats on all of her friends and everybody she’s with with these guys she has no moral compass! I can’t tell if I think she has anything to do with Heather dying but it’s like I want to things out but I’m sure that the writer is doing that on purpose…idk lol def keeps u on your toes!!
