This novel length book was the best Murderbot adventure so far. Mbot has many opportunities to deny his softer feelings. He isn’t fooling any of the other characters. I enjoyed his verbal altercations with the ART and his protective caring for Amena. I was a bit confused by the flashback segments when they were inserted into the audiobook. It was easier to follow the transitions with the text. In either format, it was a fun adventure.
