Having just reorganized my library, I'm aware that I really need to focus more on reading owned books. I'd like to set for myself the Book Pledge Challenge.

I wanted to read Dune before the film came out but it never happened. I'll try and do it next year before part 2 comes out I suppose.

It's a two part? lol ::facepalm:: I'm hopeful I'll get to it within the next year or so. I've an ongoing project to get through a few classic scifi, and that's #1.

N: I am currently in the middle of it. Omg it's taking me forever but it's the best one yet so far. If you're looking to start it soon you'd definitely catch up.

As I make my way down the bookcase, I'll definitely be hitting you up for BRs of the random fantasy trilogies on there.

E: I own both a physical and the audio of it. I'm in a bit of a slump at the moment though, haven't read a whole lot recently. if I start listening to it I'll let you know.

I don't know for definite having not read the book or watched the film yet but several people have told me that this film only covers the events of about half the book so I'm presuming there will be a second film covering the rest.
