Polyandry Menage Romance discussion

Hi i have been looking for this book for soooo long now :( i only read the first parts because I was already reading another book and thought I'd come back to it later but it has totally disappear.

I may also have accidentally mixed two books together!
but this is what i remember:

the main character is a vampire and kills a friend because she was told that he was a traitor and because of this action she decides to leave. she walks to the end of the vampire territory boarder and there she finds a wolf pup on her side. with all right she should kill the child but gives back the puppy to the mother who is standing on the other side of the vampire border aka wolf shifter territory. as a reward she is given a wolf shifter protection bracelet from the alpha who is also standing there it will protect her as she crosses the boarder.

it is suppose to be a slow burn reverse harem!
