Kim lamblasts her team for sitting on the mail for four hours, unaware that there was a message from the killer. Was she right to chastise them or was it too much?

It felt like Kim was angry with herself more than her team. She knows they do there best. They were all running in different directions, it is normal to set mail aside until the day gets less hectic.

She gave her staff order to get a bunch of things done. When you do that, things like looking through the mail becomes low priority. I think Kim realized it later and was sorry for chastising her staff.

I agree that Kim was blaming herself more than her team but took it out on them.

I agree with all of you. She was more annoyed with herself and, at the time, they were juggling priorities and opening Mail should have been a low one.

I agree with Bryant - she sort of overreacted. I really enjoyed their interactions in this one. They really play of each other so well.
