Sarah (sarahmott) | 461 comments I am about two chapters in. This is what I have surmised so far:

THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT WHEN YOU ARE A GIRL DOCTOR:
- Am I feminine enough?
- Should I date my patient?
END OF LIST

Yeah, the first third of this book is rough going. The author doesn't do a good job wtiting a female character. I've finished the book, and the second half is alot better, as the story sticks to finding an answer for the patient comas.

Don't forget to add:
- Should I become a ballerina instead? (I had a good laugh over that one.)

Kelly | 199 comments I don't think I'll be able to go back to this one. the guy is a terrible writer. he can't write as a girl at all, and I'm sorry his medical show-offiness really just makes me want to throw the book across the room. but it's a Kindle book, so I really don't want to do that. so, I tried. but it's a dnf for me.

Kelly,

Not every group read will appeal to every person, so don’t feel bad about abandoning this book. There’s upcoming books that you might like better.
