Omar Harris (omarlharris) | 1 comments Dear group,

I am the author of this crucial and compelling book at leadership in the era of corporate social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Here is a recent review by a fellow goodreadser:

This book gets a big wow from me. Honestly, I was expecting it to be a dry read. A read that would shout a lot, without ever actually saying anything. A read that would make no forward progress. But that is not at all what this book is.

This book is a wonder. The author, Omar L. Harris, takes great care to approach capitalism and the world of CEO's with an air of fairness and knowledge. Harris was able to hold the increasingly antiquated ways of what is and always has been, and the exciting bigness of what can be. Never could I have expected someone to write a book for the bosses of this world and implore a deep change to occur--much less explicitly outline exactly how that change can be made.

The future of this country is equity, racial justice, social justice, diversity, inclusion, and Harris states that plainly. Invoking his own professional know-how and all that he has learned. His ask is simple, be a leader, not a boss--and by being better, we can do better.

Hope you wil consider adding this to your bookshelves and supporting!

Thanks,

Omar L. Harris
