Seeking creative non-fiction - touching, funny or cringe-worthy - reflecting on transformative life experiences. Essays should be under 3000 words in length. We are interested in honest, personal stories, including tales of love, loss, "firsts", embarrassing moments, adolescent horror stories, or any other episode that helped shape who you are today. Email as a Word attachment or in the body of an email to purjatory@yahoo.com. Please include contact details (name, address, phone number), a brief bio, and specify whether you would like to be credited or remain anonymous should your submission be accepted for inclusion in the anthology. Deadline: January 30th, 2010.
