I originally started this book, thinking to put it in the funny category. There wasn't that much humor in it, but it was an enjoyable mystery, not too deep or graphic, just a light book to enjoy. This is also an author that I've never read before but I will look for more of her books.

Thanks Kathy! Nick and Nora is meant to be a light-hearted series! and, of course, the focus is on the cat (just like my cat ROCCO at home!) Glad you liked it. #2 is out November 3.
Toni, I'm glad to know book #2 will be out in November. These are the types of mysteries that I really enjoy reading. I've finished L.J. Braun's Cat Who series and R.M. Brown's Miss Murphy, so I will definitely be on the lookout for more adventures of Nick Nora!
