I suggest taking notes as you listen. Sometimes I look at the quotes people already entered and use those in the review. In general it doesn’t make a difference to me.

I'm a little confused what you mean by this. Are you asking how to review the audiobook version of a book on Goodreads? Or are you asking how to write a review for an audiobook?
