5. A new release - Fifty-Four Pigs: A Dr. Bannerman Vet Mystery by Philipp Schott. Planned release Apr 2022.
3. A story about book clubs, stores, etc. Wycliffe and The Cycle of Death by W.J. Burley (the murder of a book store owner).

I can't be the only one who clicked on the title to read the description to verify this didn't take place in Rhode Island! :)

I've purchased a couple this year and am looking forward to continuing with them.

8. A book about a different culture than mine. Last Night at the Telegraph Club by Malinda Lo (set in the 1950s in San Francisco's Chinatown and also featuring the lesbian / homosexual culture.
9. A book about someone who is dead. Ursula K. Le Guin: The Last Interview and Other Conversations Ursula K. Le Guin 4.5 stars. Ursula K. Le Guin passed away before the last interview session could be completed.

What did you think about it? I have this on my TBR list, but don't know all that much.

It was a different story with a combination of themes that didn't seem to go together, but Malinda Lo made them work; historical fiction, lesbianism, WWII, the Red scare, just growing up..
