15.4. Spring Reads

Option 1
A. Since the spring SRC challenge includes the 3rd, 4th, and 5th months, read a book first published in a year that ends in 3, 4, or 5. AND

B. Read a book whose author’s initials can be found in the word SPRING. Middle initials/names can be disregarded; letters can only be used as many time as they are found in SPRING.

OR

Option 2
Read one book that satisfies both A and B above.

If an author uses a middle name (not just initial) can that also be disregarded?

yes. altho RNP would work anyway!

LOL, don't know how I missed the N in Spring!

But clarifying the rule helps in case someone else finds a three name author.

for the romance readers - Nora Roberts works and she has lots of books published in 2003/04/05 and 2013/14/15

These books meet the stated requirements. There is no need to get pre-approval for books that clearly meet the criteria of the task.

Salman Rushdie has a couple of books which would meet the 2 in 1 criteria for those who like his writing.

I am wanting to read X: A Novel by Ilyasah Shabazz - published in 2015. But there is a co-author whose initials are NOT found in Spring - Kekla Magoon.

Would this work for the one book option?
