What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

YA book featuring an “ordinary” male teen protagonist who has no abilities in a world where everyone has superpowers. Saw it in hardcover in the clearance section of Books-a-Million in 2018 (approximately). It has a longer title like “Everyone Else But Me” or something similar. I think it may have been LGBT as well though I can’t be certain of that aspect. I only read the blurb and I remember thinking it was interesting though I didn’t buy it at the time.

Any ideas?
